Football and Baby's Room Weekend

Sam had his 2nd football game this weekend. He played the Cardinals. His team is coming along pretty well, but they still lost (don't tell him!) Sam did REALLY well this week. You can tell that he his getting the hang of it. In fact, he got 2 flags on defense! He was very excited! His first flag was classic... He ran hard, came up and grabbed the flag, then he turns to his Dad (Matt was following the team up and down the field) with this HUGE smile on his face. He waves the flag high up in the air and literally poses for Matt to take a picture. Everyone on the sideline thought it was the cutest thing. The picture would have been perfect... that is IF it were taken! The proud Daddy was too excited and cheering for Sam that he didn't even take the pic! At least I have the story written here to remember! Sam was very excited and he even got the last flag of the game. :) Here are the shots that Daddy DID get!

Another happy picture of JT watching Sam play yet another sporting event. He will start practices for Soccer next Thursday. Thank God! Wow - that will already be October!

The league has hired photographers to do action shots instead of the typical standing shot. They will be at most games and post their pics on their website so people can purchase them. We will probably wait til the end to purchase any to see what they get, but I will put the link on here for you to see too. They take a lot. ( like me) and this link is from the last game because they didnt have it posted yet when I made this blog post.
